Fixed Assets

Fully integrated into Pegasus Opera II with the Opera II look and feel, this feature rich, yet simple to install and use Fixed Asset system leads the way in Fixed Asset Management Software.

Quick Stock Delete

Need to delete that stock item 'right away'? This enhancement to the Stock Control module allows you to, even if it is active. Any SOP and PO order lines for the deleted item are converted to free-typed lines.

Crystal Reports

A world standard for enterprise reporting, Crystal Reports is an intuitive reporting solution that helps customers rapidly create flexible, feature-rich, high-fidelity reports and tightly integrate them into web and windows applications.

Crystal Viewer

This simple report viewer allows you to run reports written in Crystal Reports. This enables you to put the reports on everyone's desktop without having to licence or allow access to the report writer.

Six Selling Prices

In the Stock module, six additional selling prices can be entered against each stock item, which can then be entered against customer accounts. These assignments come into effect when processing in SOP. Where a valid quantity is entered for a Sales account, which has a selling price assigned to it and that selling price is present on the stock file, the selling price will be used for the transaction. A pop-up window requests confirmation of which selling price should be used, with the option to re-select any of 1-6 selling prices.

PayBACS

PayBACS provides additional functionality for customer accounts, allowing for the collection of payments via Direct Debit. It gives the facility to allow Direct Debits to be reviewed, controlled and collected with full integration into Opera II.

Spectrum Professional

This application provides Sales Order, Sales Invoice and Credit Note integration with Opera and Opera II, and is suitable for all users of EDI, XML and other electronic forms. It handles any EDI standard, including TRADACOMS, EDIFACT and X12, and comes with a level of automation not previously available for Pegasus users.
